Immanuel Lutheran Church of Frankentrost (Saginaw) is presenting their 17th annual “Living Nativity: A Journey to Bethlehem” on the weekend of December 6, 7, and 8, 2013.
If you’ve always wanted to be a part of this event, but didn’t want the hassle of driving on a cold (possibly snowy) winter evening, a bus trip is being planned for Sunday, December 8th. You won’t want to miss this! Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to attend.
Ask your friends and family…what a wonderful way to celebrate the most blessed time of the year!! This is an outdoor event so dress warmly. As there are hundreds of people who attend, there may be a wait…but that’s OK. We will wait in the church where we’ll hear and join in singing traditional Christmas carols until it’s our turn to go on the 20 minute guided tour. Refreshments will be served after the tour.
Cost will be $17 per person to ride the bus and there is NO cost for the Living Nativity. Immanuel will have a free will offering if you would like to contribute. If you reserve a spot on the bus but are unable to make it at that time, the money is non-refundable. You may, however, find someone to take your seat. The cost of $17 is due by Monday, November 11th. You may sign up with either Pam Mohr or Diane Thurston. Please make checks payable to St. Peter Lutheran Church earmarked “bus trip”. What a wonderful opportunity to fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ!
